WoW TBC Engineering Guide

Engineering is the process of converting metal or other reagents into scopes, trinkets, goggles, and so forth. During your levelling up journey in TBC Engineering, you will be able to make a unique item called Zapthrottle Mote Extractor, which will allow you to extract Primal Motes from various gas clouds. You can find the explanation further in the guide. If you are not aware, the Engineering profession is also required to craft the very first flying mounts; Flying Machine and Turbo-Charged Flying Machine. The following guide will show you the fastest and easiest way to level up your Engineering profession. So, without further ado, let’s begin!

90 Rough Stone, 80 Coarse Stone, 75 Heavy Stone, 90 Solid Stone, 50 Dense Stone, 10 Wooden Stock, 29 Weak Flux, 50 Heavy Leather, 10 Wool Cloth, 10 Mageweave Cloth, 33 Runecloth, 51 Copper Bar, 10 Silver Bar, 55 Bronze Bar, 19 Iron Bar, 4 Coal, 4 Steel Bar, 126 Mithril Bar, 339 Thorium Bar, 255 Fel Iron Bar, 35 Mote of Fire, 35 Mote of Earth, 10 Felsteel Bar, 20 Heavy Knothide Leather, 70 Khorium Bar, 10 Deep Peridot, 10 Small Prismatic Shard, 45 Hardened Adamantite Bar, 30 Dawnstone, and 25 Netherweave Cloth.

Starting Out

Before you start out, make sure to purchase a Blacksmith Hammer from an Engineering or Blacksmith supply vendor, Schematic called Green Firework, Blue Firework, or Red Firework from the merchant in Booty Bay, Iron Forge, or Orgrimmar), Schematic called Thorium Widget from an Engineering supplier in Orgrimmar or Iron Forge, and the Schematic called Thorium Tube from an Engineering supplier in Winterspring, Everlook.

Levelling Up (1 to 300)

Start by making Rough Blasting Powder (Rogue Stone) till level 40, Handful of Copper Bolts (Copper Bar) till level 50, Arclight Spanner (Copper Bar) till level 51, Copper Tube (Copper Bar and Weak Flux) till level 65, Rough Boomstick (Copper Tube, Handful of Copper Bolts, and Wooden Stock) till level 75, Coarse Blasting Powder (Coarse Stone) till level 95, Silver Contact (Silver Bar) till level 105, Bronze Tube (Bronze Bar and Weak Flux) till level 120, Small Bronze Bomb (Bronze Bar, Wool Cloth, Silver Contact, and Coarse Blasting Powder) till level 125, Heavy Blasting Powder (Heavy Stone) till level 145, and finally, Big Bronze Bomb (Heavy Blasting Powder, Bronze Bar, and Silver Contact) till you reach level 150.

It gets a little intense now since the rest of the levels are a little harder to achieve, but we have listed down the best ways, so here it goes. Start by making Blue Firework, Green Firework, or Red Firework (Heavy Leather and Heavy Blasting Powder) from levels 150 to 175, Gyromatic Micro-Adjustor (Steel Bar) till level 176, Solid Blasting Powder (Solid Stone) till level 190, Big Iron Bomb (Iron Bar, Heavy Blasting Powder, and Silver Contact) till level 195, Mithril Tube (Mithril Bar) till level 205, and Unstable Trigger (Mithril Bar, Mageweave Cloth, and Solid Blasting Powder) till level 210.

Once you’re done with crafting Hi-Impact Mithril Slugs (Mithril Bar and Solid Blasting Powder) till level 225, the road will start to become intense. Start by making Mithril Casings (Mithril Bar) till level 235, Hi-Explosive Bombs (Mithril Casing, Unstable Trigger, and Solid Blasting Powder) till level 245, Mithril Gyro-Shot (Mithril Bar and Solid Blasting Powder) till level 250, Dense Blasting Powder (Dense Stone) till level 260, Thorium Widget (Thorium Bar and Runecloth) till level 290, and finally, Thorium Tube (Thorium Bar) till you reach level 300 Engineering.

Goblin Engineering

To start with Goblin Engineering in this WoW TBC engineering guide, you will need to complete a quest that requires, Big Iron Bomb (Iron Bar, Heavy Blasting Powder, and Silver Contact), Solid Dynamite (Solid Blasting Powder and Silk Cloth), and Explosive Sheep (Bronze Framework, Whirring Bronze Gizmo, Heavy Blasting Powder, and Wool Cloth). You will also need Mithril Tube (Mithril Bar) Accurate Scope (Bronze Tube, Jade, and Citrine), and Advanced Target Dummy (Iron Strut, Bronze Framework, Gyrochronatom, and Heavy Leather) for this wow TBC engineering guide.

How do I change my specialization?

Once that’s done in this engineering tbc guide, head to Steamwheedle Port, located in Tanaris, and make your way north to a small hut. That’s where you will find the gnome named Narain Soothfacy. What you need to do is look at the look on the location that is in the right-hand corner, and right-click it to choose the specialization you need for tbc engineering leveling.

Levelling Up (300 to 375)

You’ll need the following items for this engineering tbc guide; Fel Iron Casing, Handful of Fel Iron Bolts, and Elemental Blasting Powder, you can start by making Fel Iron Bombs [Fel Iron Casing (Fel Iron Bar), Handful of Fel Iron Bolts (Fel Iron Bar), and Elemental Blasting Powder (Mote of Fire and Mote of Earth)] from levels 300 to 320. Now, make Fel Iron Musket (Fel Iron Casting and Handful of Fel Iron Bolts) till level 335, White Smoke Flare (Netherweave Cloth and Elemental Blasting Powder) till level 350, Felsteel Stabilizer (Felsteel Bar) till level 335, Ultra-Spectropic Detection Goggles (Heavy Knothide Leather, Khorium Bar, Deep Peridot, and Small Prismatic Shard) till level 360, and finally, craft a Khorium Scope [Hardened Adamantite Tube (Hardened Adamantite Bar), Khorium Bar, and Dawnstone] till you reach level 375 in the Engineering profession for tbc engineering leveling.
